Dalian J&N Foods Co., Ltd., a joint venture with the Italian company, JIN, was established in 2000. The result of years of hard work has been the remarkable progress of company in the field of mushroom and edible fungi processing. Presently, we process at two factories, one in Dalian, for canned and salted mushrooms, the other in Shandong, for frozen mushrooms and vegetables.

We began operating with a focus on salted, frozen, dried and canned mushrooms and vegetables and have gained a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding the business of these products. Our main products are:

Once we began working with our Italian partners, we implemented a strict quality management system, one that ensures that we supply the finest quality goods to our customers. We inspect at each stage, during collection and processing. Our excellent customer services are there to support our clients and to rectify problems should any occur. This is how we have come to be what we are today, a company with a highly successful operation, so much so that our high standards are what our present customers have come to expect. Our label here in China, Funghi Garden, is sourced by many of the principal retailers on the mainland market, e.g. Walmart, Trustmart, New-mart and Quickchains through their outlets in Dalian, Shenyang, Harbin, Changchun and Beijing. Our intention is to gradually enlarge our market share in other provinces of China.

At our Dalian site much has been accomplished, the highlight being our first class grading for S25-CIQ in 2003. We now export goods worth USD 8 million annually with the quantity reaching 7,000MT in each year. from 2003, we built a new canning plant close to the pickled mushroom factory. The reputation of our products is improving all the time, the more we are known and the more people try our products themselves, the better it becomes. Furthermore, we have received many favorable comments about the additional services to our customers.

The mushrooms we can supply are grown locally, being sourced from all parts of China, which we then pickle, process and pack. Customers in China have grown to appreciate them, but so have customers further afield. We have already begun to sell our canned products in Russia and Japan. In fact, our sales work has covered over 30 countries, the main areas are North America, Europe, etc., we are continue to expand the markets, we hope more and more people and enjoy our delicious, quality and safety mushroom products.
