Wild and cultivated mushrooms in brine. We can supply a wide variety of 
many of the finest culinary mushrooms in the world, for example: 
1) Boletus edulis (porcini mushrooms)
2) Nameko
3) Champignon
4) Pleurotus ostreatus (oyster mushrooms)
5) Shimeji (beech mushrooms)
6) Tricholoma portentosum
7) Armillariella-mellea (honey mushrooms)
8) Suillus granulatus
9) Shiitake
10) Cantharellus cibarius

We can process and pack the raw mushrooms as per client requirement, 
which includes washing and adjusting pH value. We usually pack in our 
own label drums. For food processors we can supply the finished items 
to the canning plant.
